Excel Underground LLC was founded in December 2007 by Raymond Rock and his wife Jacklyn as a Limited Liability Company. Raymond Rock brings with him decades of expertise and experience since entering the industry in 1989. With a comprehensive background encompassing both managerial and field operations, Raymond applied his extensive knowledge to establish Excel Underground, LLC.
In a brief span of time, Excel Underground has solidified its presence in the locating industry as a highly dependable organization that prioritizes quality, safety, trust, and community engagement.
